What do you like about working at Media Driver?

"MediaDriver allows me to telecommute from home. The company uses technology such as Skype to keep in contact."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you can really telecommute. It isn't for everyone and I've seen that. I get up every morning and prepare just like I'm going to an office (no working in pj's for me). Make sure you have no home distractions and don't mind the lack of a work based social life. Workaholics probably won't do well because so many of their personal relationships are made at work. To telecommute you need relationships and time for them outside of work."

What don't you like about working at Media Driver?

"Sometimes I miss going to an office, telecommuting requires that your work relationships be maintained remotely and that's not easy for everyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Extend my contract! I really do like the business and will stay if they either extend me or hire me full time."
