"It took months to make decisions and there was too much of a committee culture."

"If they could make decisions much faster, work would go much smoother."

"The ability to work with someone looking over your shoulder and being able to balance the creative freedom given by directors with the micromanagement with executive staff."

"There were some politics that seemed a little more than in other positions that I'ved worked with."

"The management seemed to second guess and micromanage the projects that the directors and I were working on"
