"The structure that an outside sales rep had to endure. (explain)"

"Supply more support to the outside sales reps. They are the ambassadors of the company. You treat them well it will reflect as they meet with clients from day to day"

"You will either sink or swim, don't expect there to be a lot of support, you have to learn everything on your own. Your co-workers will be as helpful as time allows them to be."
What don't you like about working at Idearc Media?
"This is a 24/7 job and they will tell you straight up, this is not an 8 to 5 job. They want your blood, and even when you have given it all, they want more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just keep praying the economy will improve and more small business will thrive and be able to take advantage of the products Idearc offers. It is much easier to sell advertising in a better economy and with better sales results, maybe there won't be so much pressure to perform. Hang in there."

"Freedom to work own schedule without micromanagement and a great line of products working against a competitor which is disliked by everyone."

What do you like about working at YellowBook?
"When I worked there, it was a very high energy great place to work, The office was full of good competitive competition, great salesreps that became friends of mine. You will gain alot of Outside Sales experience and high confidence from working there."

"Be prepared to work hard!!!! It will pay off, join the mentoring program."
What don't you like about working at YellowBook?
"The base was too low! It was hard to convince Advertisers that print still exist over the internet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should probably consider more ride days. I think they get so tide down in meetings, that they forget how tuff it is out there. Knocking on doors the majority of your day is challenging, but enjoyable for those that like it."

"Seccion Amarilla needs to open their ears and listen to what the reps need and want in order to succeed."

"I .enjoyed the cold calling and meeting new clients. I also enjoyed working with my manager at the time (Bob Norris) he was very helpful and understanding and wanted what was best for his crew."

"Do your research on Seccion Amarilla before you accept any position with this company."
What don't you like about working at Seccion Amarilla?
"Almost everything...! No marketing materials, constant changing of pricing, Upper management was never available for questions or concerns from our clients. No team effort. Changes of pay. Both base salary and commission structure."

"I don't have enough room for this subject...!!!!!!"
