Territory Manager
in Cinnaminson, NJ

"Great review, however, MedEast was not fair when it came to compensation for hard work, and especially expense that had to come out of my own pocket (car, gas, office lunches, and minimal help from management; which was promised during my interview)"

What do you like about working at MedEast?

"I enjoyed the sales aspect of the job (selling products, doing lunches, and entertaining clients), as well as the customer service side of the job. Fitting and measuring patients for medical devices, as well as following up with their problems, concerns, and feedback about the equipment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You would need to have a connection to be able to get a job, but the money they give you will be spent entirely on"

What don't you like about working at MedEast?

"The lake of compensation for all of the hard work I had put in. The lack of managerial help when I needed it, and no expense reimbursement of any kind. I felt that it was a poorly run company, with no room for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The main suggestion would be to make themselves available for their employees when they need help. It seemed that whenever I had a problem or lunch they were immposible to get a hold of, or would cancel on my lunch last minute. Which was fine, but don't promise that during the interview you would be their all the time. Especially, when their main idea for acquiring new accounts was to go into lunches with one of the two managers (one was the owner who knew every doctor, supposedly, because he was in the business for over 13 years)."
