I worked for MedData, Inc for a little over 6 months. I was downsized because of budget cuts. The work there was plentiful and rewarding. I felt I could make a great contribution. The employees worked well together and accomplished many goals. I would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself.

This company, owners and managers set employees up to fail. Very behind on technology and tools to complete the job. Very quick to write up employees. You can work 10 hours a day and if you're 5 minutes late - get written up. Owners use employees for their personal business, vacation and grocery shopping and personal errands for their grown children. Overall the company has a negative atmosphere. Revolving door for employees. Very high turnover rate.
