Submit a Review"I'm glad for the fact M.B. Controls provided me with an expanded skill-set that I can carry with me wherever i go in life. It was a small enough company to where working hands-on with your supervisors (and sometimes CEO) was a daily occurrence. I doubt I'll ever find another setting where I will be able to learn and apply so much, but I'm hopeful."

"There is no such thing as electrician, you are expected to do everything and more. They do have a lot of hammer mechanics and they do bypass a lot of the safeties in order to make machine run, no respect for human life, they do have a new plant manager but things are just getting worse and I do not see a future."

"State enterprise, with the power it public makes decisions that often tarnish the company name. And vizam their interests first and then the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"And a state enterprise, and therefore the company is not focused only on profit but to government interests. With this the company is still commercially."
