"It is a decent company to work for."
What do you like about working at Dentsply International?
"When I first started it was less politically charged and the ways to get things accomplished were more straightforward. Also, the processes were more in alignment with each other from Corporate to Division to management. Now each seems to have there own agenda and do not really regard who it is affecting when implementing new processes."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They will have to be someone that is very patient in regards to not thinking they can get a lot done quickly. They will have to realize that time to completion may take longer than expected."
What don't you like about working at Dentsply International?
"Too many systems and requirements between Corporate Parent, Division, and Management that do not align with each other."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep it simple and only require what is needed to accomplish objectives. Sometimes it is becoming so much to accomplish so little."

"The best US Job I ever had"
What do you like about working at Environmental Air Systems?
"They (EAS) allowed me to balance my personal life with work. Company vehicle, gas cards, good people (Friends)."
What don't you like about working at Environmental Air Systems?
"Giving them 5 years and finding a way to move put and they turn you out the day you give a two weeks notice. I thought more of our relationship then that. I will miss EAS for the most part."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promoting Career advancement would be a start."

"Fluor was a good place to build my career, but I have plans to work there again"

"Lots of learning opportunity"

"Be aware of the fact you are interviewing for a LARGE internation company"

"The Fluor corporate home office started interfering with our day-to-day operations."

"Treat people with more respect."
