What do you like about working at WorleyParsons?

"contract employment on a rotating 2 on/ 2 off schedule, redesigning extant oil field process equipment in order to accommodate the changing flow characteristics of an aging upstream oil field area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"be sure of what your leads expect and pay close attention to the clients expectations, which can be difficult as a contractor for an EPCM firm contracting to a major oil firm."

What don't you like about working at WorleyParsons?

"the fact that much of the high tech software is rarely used by north slope pipers, due mostly to lack of leads wanting to do anything other than the same old 2D & isos."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"embrace & incorporate laser scanning & photogrammetry to capture actual as-builts or existing equipment, rather than the old tape & plumb line as is the current situation."
