What do you like about working at Mustang Engineering?
"Excellent opportunities for learning and personal growth, great coworkers, comfortable work environment, knowledgeable management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not interview with Mustang Engineering until the energy industry has picked up again. It is likely just a waste of time since the company is not looking to hire with the possible exception of replacing very high management/VP level employees to help turn the company around."
What don't you like about working at Mustang Engineering?
"Information about layoffs and the current condition of the company was untruthful. Timing for lay-offs needs work. I was notified of being laid off on my honeymoon via a cell phone call."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to be more professional about returning phone calls and emails and about communicating the current condition of the company."
