"if u r not competent and don't know how to BS around it u will be figured out, by the people that don't make the decisions and will not be noticed by those that do."

"there is a potential for growth if you like to throw others under the bus to get ahead. To many things done hap-hazard and wrong. Makes for doing things right even more difficult"

"Clean out the people who are not good managers and in addition to the technical people who are less then stellar"
