"I don't like outages, but that is something all engineers deal with when working for an electrical company. You do get paid a lot though."

"Keep on interns, as they have spent 4 years training me, but did not take advantage of what I could have brought the company."

"Design of water treatment plants and seeing how these systems are implemented in municipalities. Learning about codes that are to be followed before construction as well as knowledge on contract bidding."

"My commute was over an hour and a half some days."

"My interest in the energy industry is great. I want to understand and learn as much as I can in order to apply my ideas because I am an innovative thinker who always wants to create better methods and strategies to provide a solution or improve current standards. I am competitive and set goals for myself in order to be successful at everthing I do."

"Everyday was something new. I could walk around the huge facility and meet a new person at every step and help out with a different project in a different department."

"Almost too big."

"None, they had a great set of managers and a concise org chart."
