"I really enjoyed my position at Walker Products. I was given a lot of freedom to design new stations and supervise other employees which I enjoyed. However the management organization of the company was lacking in structure, where no one seemed to know who was allowed to make a final decision and communication was poor."
"I love the fact that even as an intern I was able to work on projects that an actual engineer would be working on. This showed me what I would be able to expect once I got an engineering job. The one thing I hated was some engineers are very hard to find and that makes it hard to finish the project."

My previous supervisor gave me opportunity to learn and take ownership of projects even during development. However, as a big company there are just too much documentations that I don't like."

"This company encourages its workers to use their imagination and intelligence to think of new and interesting designs/ways to make the company and product better. Very organized in the supervision/management provided throughout the company."

"Make sure you are a team player and plan to stay with the company for the rest of your career."
What don't you like about working at Alcon?
"Unfortunately there were no permanent job possibilities during my internship."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no suggestions for management, they did a wonderful and amazing job guiding and supervising my performance."

"Ben Serotta strives to build the best racing bicycles known to man. I share the same vision as the founder and admired his philosophy of handcrafting a superior product in-house. I was given the freedom to use my creativity and engineering skills. My contributions were always welcome and supported."

"A good candidate for this company has to show passion for the industry."
What don't you like about working at Serotta Bicycles?
"I truly liked everything about it. It was my dream job but no positions were available."

"I would suggest for better communication between the management and the production team which would more efficiently improve certain production operations."
