"I have been working for mechanical design systems for a lol over a year as a field superintendent. I manage up to 8 commercial projects at a time and up to 20 men. I sketch the jobs and get material made and store-bought items for the job. I do all my own scheduling and provide an adequate amount of men on each project per the job demand. I stay on schedule and stay within the man-hours the job was budded for. From my starting point, I visit about 3-4 projects a day depending on what I have going on at each project."
