"Its easy just be prepared to deal with customers and have a smile on your face."

What don't you like about working at Ralphs Grocery Co.?

"The pay is incredibly low in my opinion, I've been working for this company for 2 years and I make 10 cents over minimum wage which is very discouraging. Honestly I would feel more compelled to give this company my all if this company would look like it was going to pay something decent in the coming years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Speak up about your employes pay, atleast the ones that deserve it."
