What do you like about working at M. Davis and Co.?

"I liked that I was working to uncover possible discrimination. I enjoyed learning new computer programs. I liked most of the people I worked with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For the test administrator job, work on your keying and ability to stay alert in spite of repetition. The work is for good causes. That will help compensate for the inevitable drag with the work duties."

What don't you like about working at M. Davis and Co.?

"Constant keying left my wrists sore. I grew bored with the repetition. Did not like have sub-managers overseeing my work. Would have preferred work that I could do on my own. Hated having to key information faster and faster. Felt frustrated because the work came to feel against my grain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't want to run that show. He was military-trained but fair. I felt a little constrained."
