"From okay to pointless."

What do you like about working at MCNA Dental?

"The company does invite employees to company dinners and gives employees gift certificates on special occasions and for Christmas they provide employees with bonus checks which mostly depends on how long you have worked there so it's not like other companies where they make you feel more like a slave who needs to do their job if you want to receive your miserable check so there is a reward system applied by the CEO of the company at least to show his appreciation for making him rich"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It all depends on which position you are applying for so all I can recommend is do as they do, smile in the beginning and seem interested but then watch out."

What don't you like about working at MCNA Dental?

"It all depends on which department you end up working in. From speaking with different employees in the different department, the grievances and appeals department (member complaints) is very boring and is ran like a slave camp. The member services department (customer service department) is probably the worst out of all of them because they have to do the all the jobs that each department in the company makes an error on and on top of it all they monitor all your calls and get paid the least and most people quite or get fired within a month. I heard that the claims department is okay and runs smoother and they get over-time. The referrals and pre-authorization department is somewhat a big mess because the employees in those departments make way too many errors and the member services department usually ends up having to apologize to the member for their errors and having to fix it the best way they can but none the less they get paid more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management is to actually manage the company and work with your employees as human beings and not treat them like slaves because it's easy for mangement to point a finger at someone and get them into trouble and then fire them but if they realize the amount of work and effort that their real good employees put forth they would understand and appreciate their employees much better especially when they are underpaid. management is just their to get employees fired which I really don't understand why a human being would want to apply for such a job to begin with."
