"If you get interviewed by one or two people, you're not getting hired. If you have three people interview you - YOU'RE IN! They'll make you write down your version of how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Be extremely articulate and detailed - that got me in!"

"If you don't mind working in a hypercritical and micromanaged culture, the compensation and benefits are great. After a couple years, your skills are very McMaster-specific and won't translate well to another company. Don't stay past a few years unless you love it."
