"If you get interviewed by one or two people, you're not getting hired. If you have three people interview you - YOU'RE IN! They'll make you write down your version of how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Be extremely articulate and detailed - that got me in!"

"I dislike the strict work regimens. They are very picky about small details, and they count every error against you. They really do sweat the small stuff."

"Be a bit more... HUMAN."
