What don't you like about working at McKissack & McKissack?

"The working staff at the company changes every year. People are fired and hired annually. This is not stable employment for those who have a mortgage and/or kids. Like many architecture and engineering firms it operates like a temp agency as in when the contract is up so are you. I witnessed them let go of a project manager because the person had back surgery and wasn't able to perform the their task after surgery."
