What don't you like about working at McKissack & McKissack?
"The working staff at the company changes every year. People are fired and hired annually. This is not stable employment for those who have a mortgage and/or kids. Like many architecture and engineering firms it operates like a temp agency as in when the contract is up so are you. I witnessed them let go of a project manager because the person had back surgery and wasn't able to perform the their task after surgery."

What don't you like about working at McKissack & McKissack?
"one of the worst management teams I have ever experienced - takes no feedback from its employees, and offers no support when employees are attacked by outside interests - as I was. even tho my client loved me, m&m dropped me like a hot potato. and, even my client was upset about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"replace all upper level management"
