"When management realizes that you are a good worker they try to keep you in their department, they don't allow you to grow and explore new options. Instead of hiring new employees they overwork the employees that they have, causing everyone to get burned out. =("

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to what your employees are trying to tell you."
