"The individual interviewing with McKesson for the position I held must be able to travel."

"I cannot think of any reason I did not like about working with McKesson."

"The only suggestion I have for McKesson is to continue to branch out."

"You won't regret joining the culture, but 2-3% annual raises are standard. You won't get promoted, either. You have to move to a different division within the company."

"It was very difficult at times to make necessary changes to projects. A single change to the scope of a release usually took about 6 months to get approved."

"Embrace agile development methodology at the leadership level and empower your teams to be successful."

"Opportunity, culture, independence to complete tasks. Working with a group of developers who truly work together."

"Release of information is a little cumbersome. Not knowing the entire picture hinders development sometimes."

"The company culture was non-collaborative and very turfish. Teamwork is a foreign concept at McKesson Medical Surgical."

"Abandon the the cult of personality developed by over-reliance on charismatic leadership styles in the highest positions. Focus on the customer."

"Typical bureaucratic environment; too many petty rules. Some managers are caught up with their titles or manage by fear."

"Shift more control and decision making to local management and stop worrying about the chance of a law suit."
