"Compensation is low, commission program is poor, bonus poor, hardware and working conditions are outdated and often purchased used from used office furniture companies."

"It gave me insight to the pharma side of things. We were on a project for a bio med and that was interesting."

"Be prepared to work in a call center."

"The high turnover. Management seems content in hiring someone who may not be qualified without doing a thorough interview."

"The program I was over was a non call center project yet they tried to fit into a call center model. This needs to be changed."

"Our management really needs to improve on their ethnics as well as leadership. Atmosphere is important to the staff. Good atmosphere good productivity."
