"The owner cares for everyone like we are his family. The work environment is made to be flexible whenever possible to suit your personal situation. The people are the best I have ever worked with in mt 26 years as an engineer"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Trust Mike McHenry. He will always treat you right and tell you the truth. Ask any questions. At first it appeared too good to be true but after 5 + years I know that there is no catch Its all good."
What don't you like about working at The McHenry Management Group?
"The contract I am working on is over in 1 month. There is actually nothing bad that I can say about the company or its managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find us a new contract. I have been working on a contract with Amtrak for 5 years and we are close to getting others that will allow me to continue doing the work I love"
