"I worked at McGladrey for approximately three months, and regretted taking the job on day two. They recruited me away from my then current position, sold me the dream of a promotion and pay increase because they low balled my offer. The team was lead by a relic of a bygone era that refused to use any sort of documentation, standard procedure, or even checklists to alleviate growing QA issues. The firm as a whole was great, but the group was a nightmare full of barely qualified personnel."

"Understand that they will be home every other weekend and will be working up to 11 hours a day."

"Being away from home and returning every other weekend for 2 or 3 days."

"Allow for more time for travel and to be at home and not send contractors to locations in excess of 3 hours from home."
