Marine Corps Community Services or MCCS is the home town support system that provides basic day-to-day needs to Marines and their families. Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia they currently operate two different divisions: The Marine and Family Programs Division and The Semper Fit and Exchange Services Division. The Deputy Commandant of Manpower and Reserve Affairs oversees the day-to-day operation of the MCCS.
