"I have had the honor of working for MC Dean during their growth period. The company was built from experienced top notch professionals with a great President (past). Since the president's son took over, the company has deteriorated into a terrible culture and been steadily losing it's loyal employees as well as customers. They are continuing to patch problems and turning their backs to face the issues that the company faces. I do not see the company lasting 5 more years."
