"There is no room for growth and the not-for-profit organization has caps on your potential income."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bringing in weekly teamwork projects so that the entire department enjoys each other and can work together effectively. Also allowing for open suggestions in marketing programs that will be followed through. Communication within the organization is essential."
