What don't you like about working at MAXIMUS?

"If you like having a life outside work, avoid this place. Very demanding for my time, even when I'm putting in extra time. No sense of real structure, just a jump when I snap attitude from management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Before promising the world to client, find out what is in the pipeline already and give a better estimate as to when it will be delivered. Giving unrealistic promises only frustrates the staff and irritates the clients when it is late. That's why turnover is very high at this place."
