"Great place to begin a career. My team has since moved on, but we got the job done and had a great time despite working with a constant turnover of supervisors.(6 creative directors and a VP within 2 years). We were basically on our own. Pay is medium to low with very little room to grow. The inability of our directors/VP to quantify our marketing success led to extremely low budgets, a slight disrespect (though this could be due to our loud, fun loving team) and veiled, professional condescension. If we had had a champion at higher levels, we would've been unstoppable. The CEO seemed grounded and personable, if demanding, and the owner was all class."
