"Very relaxed atmosphere. DMs were all great people who were always there to help. At our peak, the money was great"

"Pretty easy job to land. They love 'fresh' blood, which has it's pluses for those looking to break into an industry."
What don't you like about working at Mattress Discounters?
"Like any Furniture sales position, the hours were brutal. At most times you would man the shop all day by yourself. Which means you were working 11 hour shifts with no real breaks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give everyone a chance to work in higher volume store. I knew a few great sales people that never had the chance to break through and make any money because of the bad locations they were in."
