"Unreasonable expectations for time and efficiency. Dozens of various programs to cater to and no pragmatism when it comes to student placement."

"Take into account that time and collaboration equals quality. Not to mention class size."

"Helping people who have had bad luck, and showing them what they'd never appreciated about the cultures of families with success; a respect fro ideas and a lifestyle of discipline and expectation of success."

"Beware the Professional Development Assessment System used as a cudgel to reshape teachers into formless bodies of complacent mush, incapable of eliciting respect from teenagers."
What don't you like about working at Round Rock Independent School District?
"Administration removes our control and makes us jump through hoops because of Fed. or State mandates toward data-driven decision makeing or this year's slogan."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow a model that works - Finland or some charter schools, like Monarch where Steve Jobs kids went, WITHOUT digital devices."
