"The opportunity to work with students, faculty and staff as well as parents and the entire community. The opportunity to help mold and shape the lives of stuedents so to allow them to succeed in life and become positive productive citizens."

"Very good cvompany to work for. Excellent opportunities now for advancement."
What don't you like about working at Huntsville City Schools?
"My income was less than $20,000. The pay scale was not comensurate at the time to the degree and qualifications."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Closer monitoring of facilities and classrooms, ensure that teachers have students interest at heart and the desire/willinginess to help them succeed."
