"Difficult company to work for. Preach 6 principles for success, but do not live up to them and prefer office politics over company performance. Short sighted leadership did not have a plan to address tariff impact to the business and cut 200 jobs as a quick measure to save the bottom line. Does not incentivize best performers and treats all employees as mediocre - a breeding ground for poor performance and leadership that only cares about production and not helping employees."

"MasterBrand is highly focused on customer satisfaction and a great place to develop skills in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing concepts from a ground level. The company is not technically focused nor do they have apparent intent to develop internal systems that lead to transparency in typical manufacturing, but the core concepts that empower associates to "own the business" are strong potentials for the right leadership. It has been most interesting to utilize these concepts without the use of standard software tools. Leadership with insight is required here for success."

"Keep looking if you already have a job. Not a place to work unless you can get hired into one of the UNION plants weather you are looking for a hourly or salary job."

"Benefits, PTO and lack of ownership and trust of senior managementDown turn resulted in closing of NON UNION plants first"

"There is more to the world then Jasper, IN"
