The company is not technically focused nor do they have apparent intent to develop internal systems that lead to transparency in typical manufacturing, but the core concepts that empower associates to "own the business" are strong potentials for the right leadership. It has been most interesting to utilize these concepts without the use of standard software tools. Leadership with insight is required here for success."
