"Clean work environment, and very high quality product. They provided all the tools."

"If you value your time outside of work this may not be the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Turbomeca?
"Their leadership culture is to lead by intimidation. Often they will tell you around quiting time on Friday that it is mandatory overtime on Saturday and Sunday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your employees with respect, and stop creating a hostile work environment."

"I would check their background, ask for references, and be punctual on the interviews."

"What I do not like is that they hired managers with no experience in the industry."

"AAA needs to hire experienced managers who can handle the shop issues."
