"Make sure you get all the promises in writing. Things are promised and forgotten when you become employed."

"There is no advancement available to shop employees who are more than qualified to gain promotions to upper or mid level management. Lots of politics."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If they do not get employee retention under control, they will not be able to attract quality techs to fill there needs for employement."
