"The company is not for everyone, only compensated for the work order completed. Would not recommend if you are a recent graduate from university. Facing the elements is a challenge in itself as you must combat extreme heat and cold, not to mention the chance of having pests (wasps) possibly sting you, and the quality of the house itself."
