"Ask more relevant questions about QA engineering and questions about character, leadership and work ethic."

What don't you like about working at Massachusetts Institute of Technology?

"Not much as far as I work for, but my contracting company could do better with its benefits. They are basically non existent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Become more hands on with the employees and give us less time to complete the work, this allows us to re-factor our work. The idea of re-factoring is part of the Agile process."
