"This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I’ve figured out what they are doing which explains the high turnover. It’s good for the first couple of months but after you are a permanent employee and you start paying for medical benefits be ready to be laid off. It was nice and flexible with a nice work life balance. After my teams 2nd contract assignment that’s when it started to go downhill. It ended abruptly because it was not known how the project would do. It was very miscalculated, while on the assignment we were threatened to get fired everyday for doing something that we were told to do, they changed their minds often on what should be done. It was very stressful because the people that were left had been spooked by people we heard were fired for something Petty. The employees that were left was told to pick another assignment when the project ended. Most of us were never called to start, then we get an email for an “as needed assignment” on weekends or resign. Never was called for that either. This company is trash. So just know that if you get hired it’s not long term."
