Masonicare Employee

"I have worked in Masonicare since 2011, under two different positions. In the most recent, Business Support Specialist, I have learned quite the variety of skills, as well as a greater understanding of Hospice and health care for the terminally ill. I have a lot of contact with patients, family members, doctors offices, etc, to give me a lot of experience with customer service. I wish better compensation was given, but I think what I do as a BSS is taken more lightly than the obvious nursing care."
