"My coworkers are nice to work with and my drivers are fun. The work itself is somewhat easy."

"You have to be tough and not take anything personal. Things are rough around here and things rarely goes right. It's not the fault of the people working, it's just the nature of the business."
What don't you like about working at Mason Dixon Intermodal?
"The amount of work is insane. I work at home most nights after working 9 - 9 12 hours during the day. I rarely take a real lunch. Though the work is fairly easy, one small mistake can cost the company hundred, even thousands of dollars. I'm on call 24/7. I dream about working. Everyone is stressed out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would first learn how to do everything first before I start calling the shots."
