Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The companys philosophy is to underpay and suck your talents to get quick gains and then they will let you go as your pay starts going up the scale, this goes for hourly up to middle managment canidates.I have seen this in three of their plants, only work here for a short period of time until you can find something with a more reputal compmany."

What don't you like about working at Masco Corp.?

"GM and plant managers are very incompentant, have no leadership skills and use their people and then discard them, no loyalty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the old boy system that breeds ineptitude and lacks any leadership whats so ever."
