"Oklahoma City Public Schools has decent benefits and the work schedule is not bad. However, there are random employee meetings before and after school which can make it difficult to plan things outside of school. As far as Special Education, specifically at Mary Golda Ross Middle School, there are not enough teachers and the training was lax. Also, the leadership was not as involved as it could be."
