"As a former employee of 20 years, my statements are genuine."

What do you like about working at Martin Sprocket & Gear?

"The employees were good, the job was secure, benefit's were average, upward mobility was more or less hopeless. In a nutshell an average company that is stagnant. The type of manufacturing that is being sucked up by developing nations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it unless you are doing it for practice or you desperately need employment,"

What don't you like about working at Martin Sprocket & Gear?

"Family owned 3rd generation company. The company was sucessful based on service of the customer. The 3rd generation boys that run the company will run it into the ground. They have no work ethic and no value for quality employees. These new officers of the company bring no diversity to the company or the energy it needs to survive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to Joe Martins (the founders son) philosophy that you all have framed and hanging on your walls. Go to bat for the people that made this family owned company successful."
