What do you like about working at Martin|Fletcher?
"There's really nothing bad to say about MF. I loved managing a territory (New England), travel, and overall support. MF is an easy company to sell, because they are the best at healthcare recruitment. Great work environment, and they give you all the tools you need to succeed."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stress your ability to sell to C-level executives and manage a territory."
What don't you like about working at Martin|Fletcher?
"Having to pay out of pocket for my trips to my territory (except for airfare) caused a few uncomfortable situations for me and my family, especially early on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest increasing the base salary and giving each TM a company credit card so that they are not out of pocket for all of the expenses that are required for traveling to their territory every other week. Even with quick reimbursement, costs can pile up very quickly."
