"I worked for Mars for a couple years. They expanded their sales team recently, and a couple years later back tracked. It wasn't favorable a large portion of the recent hires. The company had a fun culture, paid well, and had good benefits if you are in sales (and maybe other positions too). I would recommend others to working for this company to learn about large company culture."
