What do you like about working at MarketSource?
"With always being in the field, it was sometimes difficult to create culture. But... managers (at a distance) did the best they could in nurturing a collaborative team effort via periodic and regularly scheduled phone conferences. Managers were good at not micro managing as well. Communication from the office was always good. It kept us informed and we felt we belonged to a greater effort."

"You must be able to think independently, be self motivated, and self managed."

"Being in the field, there was a disconnect with the main office, and that impacted communication."

"Have more contact via emails, letters, and/or videos from the President as to direction and how the company was performing."
