"I think it would be great to have monthly employee status meetings where the management team provides updates of key accomplishments and efforts toward overall goals."

"Management was disjointed and not well aligned. People who made honest mistakes were fired immediately without understanding or compassion. Poor planning lead to a large layoff."

"Amazon is a leader in e-commerce with many of the smartest employees. Roles continually evolve, empowering employees at all levels. There are innumerable learning opportunities and a good work/life balance (at least in my team)."

"Be yourself, be confident, be humble, be prepared, and take notes. (Seriously, that is one of the biggest mistakes I see in interviews.)"

"Because the average tenure in a role is usually less than two years, a lot of knowledge and experience gets lost in transition."

What do you like about working at Outlook Amusements?
"Nothing. This is a terrible work environment. Owners are clueless. Firing is like breathing to them. No bonus. No upward mobility. Will hire off the street rather than promote from within. Owners are misogynists."

"Run. DO NOT WORK HERE. You will be miserable. You will quit in less than a year if you are not fired first."
What don't you like about working at Outlook Amusements?
"The owners are tyrants. They hire people with experience but do not allow them to do the job they were hired for. The website is built in aspx so it is not compatible with many other technologies."

"Fire most of the senior exec's especially the General Manager. He is useless and a waste of money."

"There are some quality people. But the former CEO and co-founder really screwed it up. The interim team is solid."

"Get cash. Stock options won't be worth much. Get clarity about your goals."

"Lack of focus; no CEO, CTO, VP Engineering have really hobbled it, product is late"
