"I enjoy working with and meeting new people. What I dislike most about being a Marketing Supervisor is I wish I could take on more responsibility. My department is small, and there's not that much work going around between myself and my manager."

What do you like about working at Fidelis Care?
"The travel was nice and so was working with people from the Albany office."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run, run far, far, away, unless you are applying in the Buffalo or Albany office, the Syracuse office is terribly run and there is zero support for field reps."
What don't you like about working at Fidelis Care?
"My boss was a complete jerk, never answered my emails, phone calls or text messages. When I needed assistance and made a decision without him (because he was never available) I was dragged under the boss for being insubordinate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to analyze why some teams receive support and others do not."

"a good place to learn a lot and be whatever you want with a sort of flexible control"

"Show your intelligence, ability to learn and flexibility, then you will surely have a chance"

"limited to the regional scale accordingly hindering the personal growth"

"Grasp the opprotunity of common culture and expand the regional responsibility"

"Work was limited to states where ATA had contracts with grocery store chains. When the chains closed, ATA lost those contracts."
